“The Fieldhouse trainers we have had over the last two months know the kids and have been bringing them along nicely and pushing them hard.  I’ve seen significant strength gains in Tanner over the summer and the results are that he is getting a lot out of this.  In 60 days Tanner has increase his shot speed by 9.3% all due to strength training he has been through there.”

The Fieldhouse is focused on pure strength with some added endurance work which can be applied to speed and agility, but they aren’t wasting time with trying to teach speed and agility for 30-45 minutes as I have seen others do.  After doing Champion Speed camp and a couple other Speed and agility camps I’ve come to the conclusion they are not worth the time and money.  The running/sprinting they get in practice is equally or more effective.”

My daughter first asked to go to the Fieldhouse with the goal of increasing her speed for soccer.  Little did we know how much more she would gain!  In addition to focusing on her overall fitness they have helped to address her specific needs. Her strength, endurance, and speed have all increased, but the best (and most unexpected) outcome has been her confidence.   As a direct result of her time at the Fieldhouse, her confidence has sky rocketed – not only as an athlete but off the field as well.  Thank you to everyone at the Fieldhouse for making such a big difference in my daughter’s life.

The Fieldhouse has made me a better athlete and raised my confidence in myself.  I know I can do it!
Thank You to The Fieldhouse!…my son’s been working out with you for the last several months and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He’s done both individual training, as well as group Cross-Fit Training with a number of other High School lacrosse players…the approach you take to physical development is thoughtful, personalized, professional and engaging. The combination of exercise, continual feedback and encouragement makes every experience challenging, fun and creates something that I know he really looks forward to. I can definitely see the improvement in his strength, conditioning and overall physical fitness… I am very happy and grateful to have you in the area and appreciate all you do!

Our son has trained at other facilities within the Lake Norman area, but has not achieved visual results until he started training with Ryan and his staff at The Fieldhouse.   The workouts and goals are specific and challenging for each individual.   Ryan and his staff constantly monitor forms and technique while at the same time pushing each athlete to better themselves and finish stronger than their last set/rep.  The staff at The Fieldhouse respects each individuals abilities and/or injuries and sets a program accordingly. Several Lake Norman lacrosse players are doing the program as a team and enjoy the time spent during workouts as well as being able to use the facilities to shoot around after.  We believe our son is in great hands with the knowledgeable staff at The Fieldhouse.
